The Letting Go
There came a point when the life I had built no longer fit the person trying to live it. And rather than force the shape, I chose to let it go — completely, courageously, without a clear map forward.
I began to travel. Not as an escape, but as a practice of surrender. Of saying yes to the next thing, and the next, regardless of comfort or certainty. The universe, it turned out, had been waiting for that permission.

How Dance Found Me
Movement came before the words to describe it. Travel brought me to dance — and dance brought me to myself. In the contact improv studios and open floors I discovered around the world, I found that the body holds everything: every grief, every joy, every unexpressed truth. Dance became my language for the parts of myself I didn't yet have words for.
Through that doorway, I found somatic work, breathwork, and eventually the capacity to hold space for others in their own unfolding. I became a facilitator. A guide. Not because I had all the answers — but because I'd walked into the dark and found my way through it, again and again.
Full Spectrum
I believe in the full spectrum of emotion — not just the light parts. I believe that grief is as sacred as joy, that rage can be a doorway, that tenderness is a practice. My work holds all of it. You don't have to be well or put-together to work with me. You just have to be willing to arrive.
This is the work of Exploding Sunshine — not sunshine as a performance, but as what happens when something real catches fire.
